The aim of the Leasehold Guidance Service (part of the Ringley Group) is to satisfy the desire for information and deliver a menu of services enabling customers to pick the support they need.

Leasehold Guidance - Complete Service

All our services are designed to give you maximum flexibility and control. However, if you are keen to proceed but would prefer us to manage the process for you the Leasehold Guidance Complete Service may well be what you are looking for.

Valuation Services

A valuation to determine a reasonable premium for your lease extension From £400

A Chartered Surveyor to attend Leasehold Valuation Tribunal From £125 per hour
A Chartered Surveyor to negotiate with your Landlord From £500 (see note below)

Note: initial package set at £500 to allow 3-4 hours negotiation during which factual matters can be agreed & valuation differences established (may just be 1 part of valuation). In our experience about 80% of cases are settled within this allowance or it is established that expectations are too wide apart and that lodging a case with the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal will be required.

Set up a Company through which to Buy your Freehold From £160
Execute your deed of variation, register it with the Land Registry & your mortgagee £400
Lodge your case with the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal £150 + LVT Case Fee (from £350)

Estate Services

Instruct our Estates Division to support you with advice and counselling from starting the Right to Manage process to full block management From £500 (including 6 months support and initial set up for block management)
A valuation to determine a reasonable premium to buy your freehold / collectively enfranchise From £500
Instruct our Estates Division to manage your block after you have acquired it - either through Right to Manage or Freehold Purchase.
