The Leasehold Guidance Service was formed to give practical, commonsense advice to leaseholders contemplating lease extension, the right to manage (RTM) or buying the freehold of their property collectively with other leaseholders in the building.

Our ethos is to deliver an understanding of the procedures and parameters involved in the process without charge. On this website you can learn about lease extensions, right to manage applications and collective enfranchisement (buying your freehold) for FREE.

For 'right to manage' and 'collective enfranchisement' we aim to give you the communication documents you will need to get other leaseholders involved in the process and to offer professional advice only when you require it.

The site is specifically designed to enable leaseholders to reduce the money they spend on professional advice by giving model questionnaires, newsletter templates, etc, that can be adapted to suit your purpose and put you in control of the necessary communication between you and your fellow leaseholders.

Products

We also sell pre-constituted companies, legal forms and professional advice for more complicated cases (including representation at Leasehold Valuation Tribunals).
